ok im starting this blog over b/c the other one was too confessional and serious- definitely not me. and since im bored i think ill do that list that a lot of people are doing- it seems fun
so here we go...
50 things you probably didn't know about me...(well it started as 50 and turned into 99 so have fun)
- ive always wanted to smash open a golf ball- whats inside there?
- when im around my house, im wearing a sweatshirt and/or sweatpants
- i listen to country music
- the people ive learned the most from are my friends
- i hadnt even been on one rollercoaster before i went to france- now ive been on 17 rollercoaster rides
- im half irish and i irish dance
- i can stand eating broccoli and asparagus
- i am afraid of oranges
- i am afraid of fish
- when i was little, i was so afraid of the dark that i refused to sleep in my own room
- ive never been "in love," and therefore have never had my heart broken
- i LOVE watching newlyweds
- i think watching nascar is fun
- i think golf and baseball are boring
- in my life, ive had lessons or been a part of a team playing baseball (and tee-ball), soccer, basketball, tennis, golf, swimming, diving, track, ballet, jazz, acrobatics, tap, cheerleading (haha me as a cheerleader was NOT good) irish dance, gymnastics, piano, voice, and cello. today, i only do piano, soccer, irish dance, and diving routinely.
- i once went to a fishing competition and won $20 for catching the longest, and most amount of trout for my age group- it was called Huck Finn Day in pleasant valley (New York)
- i was once a girl scout haha (but wasnt everyone??)
- if world war two didnt happen, my grandpa would have gone to the olympics in boxing (definitely a fighting irish)
- the farthest west ive ever been is nashville, tennessee
- ive been out of the country across an ocean five times
- my favorite ice creams are mint chocolate chip and sweet cream (i couldnt decide on one)
- my favorite food is steak
- i once had a pet frog named fred, but we got rid of him because we didnt want to feed him.
- my family once had seven fish, but two got stuck in the filter and the other five were eaten...by each other...and the one fish that survived
- ive never broken any bones
- ive never been stung by a bee, wasp, or hornet
- i hate chick-flicks but i still cry during some movies haha (daddy day care...haha alanna)
- my make-up "collection" consists of lip gloss and mascara
- i love candles and playing with matches
- i love the snow (im from new york, what can i say)
- i love curling up in a blanket and watching movies when its raining
- speaking of raining, i always thought it would be fun to kiss in the rain like in movies- except not 50 first dates style because the shirt that drew barrymore's character was wearing....that was sick
- i will NEVER EVER be a lesbian
- i believe in abstinence before marriage and i plan to practice that
- i have everything sweet pea- from body wash to candles
- im real sarcastic and sometimes i end up insulting people (oops)
- my male cat doesnt have any balls- they were removed haha- as my dad says, "hes not the tom cat he used to be"
- i drink 1% milk
- i cant stand drinking water- its too plain
- i love playing in the rain
- that includes mudsliding and ruining clothes
- if i ever get in trouble or ruin something, it was normally worth it (like my white pants at allies party after tackle football and creek walking haha- i threw them out)
- id rather be too cold than too hot, because you can always warm yourself up
- i used to run a ton of 5ks and win gift certificates and plaques and such
- when i grow up i either want to run a bakery, or be the host of a show like the o'reilly factor
- my cat once killed a baby bunny (thats the cat who got hit by a car and died- as cameran of real world san diego said, "karmas a bitch!")
- i love the satisfaction of knowing youve killed a bug (weird, i know)
- i hate my hair, feet, theigs, stomach, pale skin tone, and BIRTHMARK
- i have a birthmark on my shoulder thats red/purple and looks like a penis (the shape was discovered by sadi haha)
- the simpsons is my favorite tv show of all time
- i cant stand guys who are bad at sports
- i will never marry someone whos not funny
- i cant stand guys who cant make me laugh
- i cant stand guys who are shorter than me, or as cassie says, are "trees"
- ive gotten six Bs in my life and the rest As (5 from seventh grade, one from fourth)
- i wore sweatpants and sweathshirts from champs sports to school every single day during first and second grades
- i was student of the year in kindergarten
- i remember every single one of my teachers names since kindergarten
- ive never known if kindergarten was spelled kindergarten or kindergarden- which one is it
- my birthday is january 12 (yeah, a lot of people dont know that)
- i believe in god and jesus- who was the messiah, jews!!
- i am a catholic, and therefore do not believe in abortion or being gay
- if everyone was abstinent, there wouldnt be an abortion problem....
- i can name tons of people that disagree with 60, 61, 62, 34
- im not mad at anyone right now
- im used to being rejected- so dont be afraid to
- the only eating order id ever have would be one of compulsion (you cant stop eating)
- my favorite restaurant is texas steakhouse (theres one by the carolina outlet center in smithfield and by prime outlets in morrisville)
- i hate spicy foods
- i love baking (either from scratch or from a mix)
- when my mom is out of town im the one who cooks and does dishes...ughh
- ive watched every single superbowl i have been alive for
- in second grade me and my two best friends crystal and carrie made the "CCC" club because we all had "C" names, and we made this girl brianna cry because she couldnt be in it.
- i once skipped a day of kindergarten to go sledding down my friend tommy's driveway
- until second grade, my only friends were boys
- i favor one parent over the other (but im not saying who)
- if i could change one thing in the world, id make my mom sober
- i will never smoke- i knew two relatives who died from it, one relative who is dying from it, and one family friend who has half a tongue, can no longer eat, and talks in a whisper
- i will never drink- ive seen too many bad examples....
- all the guys ive liked have had birthdays within a week of mine (completely unplanned too- thats crazy tho)
- ive never shoplifted
- i dont understand how people can be gay- whats wrong with being friends?
- i think its funny how martha cox's dog is a racist
- i think amy gwynn's grandpa has the best name ever- booth
- i think martha williams' brother and (i think) grandpa have the the second best name ever- woodburn
- i will never name my kids booth or woodburn though
- if i was a boy i was going to be johnathan michael kirby
- my middle name is margaret after my grandma and mom
- my mom almost named me brennan (my grandma's maiden name)
- the only way i can concentrate is if im listening to music
- i dont believe that rap counts as music
- my current shampoo is pantene pro-v (pro-vitamins)
- dove shampoo makes my hair so full of nutrients that it makes my hair even thicker and really hard to manage
- axe pheonix is my favorite scent ever
- there was a scratch and sniff for axe pheonix at BJ's and all i did was scratch and sniff the scent until my mom was ready to go
- some of you might think thats weird, but i dont
- i cant eat fish
- my favorite type of gum is orbit (the royal blue kind)
- one time my mom brought home two lobsters that she was gonna cook and we put them on our deck and brough shadow out there- he got so scared of the two lobsters (with rubberbands around their claws) that he ran away
